1-By using the forum, individual posters agree not to post any defamatory or libellous posts and to accept full responsibility for the items they post.
2-If you participate in any forum on the site, you must not:

--Make any bigoted, hateful, or racially offensive statements
--Advocate illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them
--Post or distribute any material that infringes and/or violates any right of a third party or any law. This includes music posted to the site.
--You can post links only to sites.
--Post YouTube Videos. (You may only post the links to them)
--Post or distribute any vulgar, obscene, discourteous, or indecent language or images
--Post or distribute any software or materials that contain a virus or other harmful component
--Site members and visitors shall remain solely responsible for the content of their messages.

3-Information obtained in a forum may not be accurate or reliable. Never assume that people are who they say they are, know what they say they know, or are affiliated with whom they say they are affiliated within any forum. CHA CHA GRAND CENTRAL STATION shall not be liable for any statement, misstatement, inaccuracy or omission of any type for any content submitted by a site member or visitor on any forum.

4-Mispresentation by company representatives will not be tolerated.

5-Harassment of employees/contractors by supervisors will not be tolerated.

6-Membership is limited to 1 account per person.

7-Please stay on topic. There is clearly a subjective judgment to be made as to whether a post strays off topic and in the majority of cases the post will not be deleted unless it is considered to be disruptive to the thread and its participants. This also includes hijacking threads. Start a new one if you need to.

8-Do not post information which invades the privacy of another individual, or the disclosure of which would breach an individual's reasonable expectation of confidentiality.

9-Repeated posting of the same material (spamming) is not acceptable.

10-Sexually oriented and gore avatars must be avoided

11-The Cha Cha Grand Central Station Administrators and Moderators reserve the right to take any action that they deem necessary, without prior warning, to manage the content of this website. This includes, but is not limited to, topic / post editing, deletion, moving, or closing, member warning, suspension, or banning, and text / URL censoring. The Administrators and Moderators reserve the right to modify any or all Cha CHa Grand Central Station Forum rules and policies without prior notice. Administrators' and moderators' decisions are absolute and final. Do not dispute a decision publicly with members of staff. Any posts found to be disputing decisions made by staff members will be closed and/or removed.

12-What constitutes a violation of the Cha Cha Grand Central Station Forum Rules and Policies is the sole discretion of the Administrators and Moderators, as is the judgement regarding any accompanying consequence for the violator.
