what is the pay?

i keep hearing about the pay cut and what not, what is it? i heard about the .15c but is it something else? is it like the time when chacha first started and we did searches and got paid nicely for them then they started capping how much we get paid, like it was 20 minutes then they took it to 10, then they took it to 6 min... and thats all we got paid for... i mean are they doin it like that....

The pay for newbies was .15 coming in and then they had to meet some requirements. However, I dont know what the other is. Hopefully someone will post here to help you.

the new pay is 10 cent per search unless u make the top guides. then its 15 i think.
